A Note to Our Valued Customers

Dear Valued Customer,

In light of the growing public-health concern about coronavirus (COVID-19), we want you to know that your health and safety is our first priority.

We’ve always taken great pride in our clean and well-run stores, and we know this is more important than ever right now. On top of our daily cleaning procedures, we’re making sure that our routines are even more rigorous and have brought in professional crews to clean the stores on a regular basis. Like many others, we are taking guidance from the CDC, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take.

We’ve taking extra precaution by requiring cashiers to wear gloves and avoid direct contact with customers. We are also staffing up our teams to support and offer you CURB SIDE PICKUP which we hope to announce over the next couple days.

And of course, we’re committed to taking care of our team. We’re requiring sick team members to stay home and are also asking employees to wash their hands multiple times a day. For the safety of our team and our customers, we are also canceling all in-store tastings and special events until further notice.
At the center of our company’s purpose is a commitment to help all of our much valued customers, and it’s something we take to heart, in the good times and the bad. This is why we’ll be working hard to keep our stores open so we can be there to support you and your families.
