Cape May Lager
We believe that beer is the Great Unifier, meant to bring people together. Whether you spend your weekdays working 9 to 5 or the weekends cheering on the home team, at the end of the day, we can all come together over a cold beer. With that in mind, we brewed a beer that would make everyone’s taste buds happy: Cape May Lager.

Cape May Always Ready
The American IPA named for America’s Oldest Seaside Resort, Cape May IPA is loaded with floral and citrus notes, slightly bitter with a zesty finish. A WestCoast-style IPA brewed in the heart of the East Coast, it’s the beer that’s Crafted on the Cape.

Cape May Coastal Evacuation
Our flagship double IPA, Coastal Evacuation, has been pleasing palates since its inception back in 2014. Packed with Centennial, Citra, and Simcoe, our flagship double IPA is big and bold, tremendously fragrant, with notes of orange citrus and honeydew. It’s as dangerous as hurricane season itself.

Cape May The Bog Cranberry Shandy
What happens when you make a Cranberry Wheat and accidentally add to much cranberry? Embrace it and turn it into a Shandy! A tart cranberry wheat beer blended with lemonade, The Bog is light and refreshing while still packing tons of flavor.

Beer Event
Friday, April 19 – 4pm – 6pm

Shiner Bock
Tip back a Bock. Brewed with rich roasted barley malt and German specialty hops, this lightly hopped American-style dark lager always goes down easy. Originally a seasonal beer, fans have demanded it year-round since 1973.

Shiner Wicked Juicy IPA
This juicy IPA is wicked in all the right ways. It’s dry hopped, unfiltered and bursting with Citra hops for a bright, juicy kick. The result is a deliciously hazy brew that’s just waiting to be popped open.

Shiner Ruby Redbird
Popping the top on this brew is like slicing into a ripe Texas ruby red grapefruit. A bold kick of ginger combines with the citrus for a tart, refreshing lager that’s perfect anytime of year.

Shiner Lemon Pils
Brewed with Meyer lemons and dry-hopped with lemondrop hops, our latest seasonal brew is crisp and clean with a splash of lemony citrus. It’s so excited for a summer party, it showed up early.

Limoncello
Pallini Limoncello is a natural liqueur that has been crafted by the Pallini family in Italy since 1875. It is made from prized, Sfusato lemons, exclusive to the Amalfi coast. The handpicked lemons are infused immediately, so their freshness and flavor is delivered in every bottle. Its versatility is almost endless – enjoy it neat, on the rocks, straight from the fridge, or mixed into cocktails and food recipes. For a crisp and authentic taste of Italy, none can compare!

Peachcello
Voluptuous and juicy, the flesh is loaded with a delicate but intense flavour – the true taste of the Italian summer. These peaches were the favorite of Virgilio Pallini Sr, and his wife used to preserve them in alcohol so he could eat them all year long. She used what was left as a base for a luscious liqueur, adding fresh peach juice as a finishing touch and then mixing it with Italy’s famous sparkling wine. Pallini Peachcello was inspired by Virgilio’s love of Italy’s finest peaches which, picked at their peak, create a world-class liqueur with an exquisite bouquet.

Raspicello
In the tiny hill-top village of Antrodoco, home of the Pallini family, shepherds would pick wild raspberries on their way home from the pastures, which their wives would use to make a refreshing after-dinner liqueur. The recipe for this highly prized liqueur was handed down from generation to generation and our founder, Nicola Pallini, used it as his inspiration for Pallini Raspicello. Using a secret and unique blend of wild raspberries, blueberries and blackcurrants, he created a drink with an intense yet rounded bouquet and complex taste. Stunning served ice cold as an after dinner digestif, Pallini Raspicello can also be added to all sorts of savory dishes and desserts, and is becoming increasingly popular with chefs all over the world.
